Supplemental Instruction is the flagship program of the ARC.
SI is a program that is attached to specific courses where students come in to work on the material covered in class. SI leaders are well versed in techniques that enhance student learning. They do not re-teach the material, but use a variety of exercises and activities to convert concepts to memory.
SI leaders spend many hours a week planning their sessions, working closely with professors to make sure the students understand all that they can.
